Q: “Do we have any idea of when ‘Blade’ will shoot?”
A: “Yea, I could see it shooting maybe second half of next year or early 2027. I do think it is real. I think it’s a priority.”
Based on that timeline, Blade could be ready for a theatrical release in early 2028. That lines up perfectly with one of Marvel’s currently untitled release dates—and many now believe this is the secret MCU movie slot.

Marvel currently has two unclaimed dates on its slate: July 2027 and February 2028.
