Miles Morales

MCU’S Miles Morales Casting Buzz Grows as Michael Star Reveals Dream Role!

The future of Spider-Man in the Marvel Cinematic Universe continues to attract plenty of attention. While Peter Parker remains at the center of Marvel’s live-action Spider-Man story, fans have also been looking ahead to Miles Morales and the next generation of the web-slinger.

One character, in particular, has become a major part of that conversation. Marvel Studios has already discussed plans that could eventually bring another popular Spider-Man into live action. Now, a new development involving a rising young actor has added even more excitement to the ongoing discussion.

Juliano Valdi Wants to Play Miles Morales

The latest Miles Morales casting buzz comes from young actor Juliano Valdi. The 12-year-old recently gained major attention for portraying a young Michael Jackson in the 2026 biopic Michael.

During an interview with Entertainment Weekly, Valdi revealed that he has his sights set on a very different Marvel role. When asked about potentially playing Miles Morales, the young actor openly expressed his interest.

“I’m getting to the age where I really wanna play Miles Morales, so hopefully I can do that.”

Valdi also made it clear that joining the MCU would be a major goal for him.

“I’m not 15 yet, but I would love to hop in the MCU.”

At this stage, however, there is no indication that Marvel Studios has offered Valdi the role. His comments simply reveal that the young actor would be interested if the opportunity becomes available.

Juliano Valdi Has a Connection to Spider-Man

Valdi’s interest in Miles Morales also comes from his own connection to the Spider-Man franchise.

The young actor recalled watching Tobey Maguire’s Spider-Man and described the experience as one of his favorite action-movie memories.

“I remember when I saw Spider-Man with Tobey Maguire, and it was the best action movie that I’ve ever seen.”

Interestingly, Valdi also revealed that his mother sees a resemblance between him and Miles Morales.

“Also, my mom says that I look like Miles Morales, so that’s really cool.”

That personal connection makes Valdi’s interest in the character even more interesting. Nevertheless, Marvel has not confirmed him as a potential contender for the role.

Marvel Already Has Plans for Miles Morales

The possibility of Miles Morales joining the MCU is not simply fan speculation. Marvel Studios president Kevin Feige has publicly discussed plans to bring a live-action version of the character into the franchise.

Feige has indicated that Marvel wants to introduce Miles after the animated Spider-Verse trilogy concludes. Spider-Man: Beyond the Spider-Verse is currently scheduled for June 18, 2027.

Therefore, the animated franchise could play an important role in the timing of Miles’ eventual live-action arrival.

Marvel has not announced a specific MCU project for Miles yet. However, Feige’s comments confirm that the character is part of the studio’s long-term plans.

Tom Holland Wants Miles Morales in Live Action

Tom Holland has also made his interest in a live-action Miles Morales clear.

The actor, who plays Peter Parker in the MCU, has previously said that he wants to help bring Miles into the franchise. More importantly, Holland wants to support the young actor who eventually takes on the role.

He explained:

“I definitely have a desire to bring Miles Morales to the screen and to shepherd whoever the lucky young kid is who gets that job, in the way that Robert Downey Jr. did for me.”

Holland’s comments suggest that he sees Miles as an important part of Spider-Man’s long-term future.

At the same time, the actor has not revealed who Marvel could choose to play Miles.

Tom Holland Claims He Knows When Miles Will Appear

Holland has also made another intriguing comment about the character’s future.

When discussing the possibility of Miles Morales appearing in the MCU, Holland suggested that he already knows the answer to when fans will see the character.

“I guess it would be, ‘When will we get Miles Morales?’ would be the question I would ask. Because I know the answer.”

Naturally, that comment has fueled even more speculation.

However, Holland has not publicly revealed the project, release date, or story that could introduce Miles. As a result, fans still have to wait for Marvel Studios to make the information official.

No, Marvel Studios has not officially announced the live-action casting of Miles Morales.

Juliano Valdi has expressed his desire to play the character, but his comments should not be viewed as confirmation that he is being considered for the role.

Meanwhile, Kevin Feige has confirmed that Marvel has plans for a live-action Miles Morales. Tom Holland has also expressed his desire to help introduce the character.

So far, however, Marvel has kept the casting details under wraps.
