At the same time, describing the relationship as “unexpected and beautiful” makes the situation even more difficult to predict, since the two actors have already shared an iconic MCU history but will now play completely different characters.

Chris Evans is returning to the MCU after Steve Rogers’ emotional departure in Avengers: Endgame. The character passed the Captain America shield to Sam Wilson before stepping away from his superhero life.
