Letitia Wright, Winston Duke, and Tenoch Huerta Mejía are confirmed to appear in Avengers: Doomsday. However, it remains unclear whether their characters will also appear in the next Black Panther movie.

Tenoch Huerta Mejía played the powerful Talokanil ruler in Black Panther: Wakanda Forever. Nevertheless, Marvel has not confirmed whether Namor will return in Black Panther 3.
