A new leak tied to Spider-Man: Brand New Day aka Spider-man 4 has given fans their first possible look at the film’s villains. As a result, excitement is quickly building around the next chapter in the MCU.
According to reports, official marketing artwork linked to a Brazilian retailer has surfaced online. The banner reportedly features multiple illustrated characters expected to appear in the film.
Scorpion Suit Takes Center Stage
One of the most notable reveals is the return of Scorpion, played by Michael Mando.
In the leaked artwork, Mac Gargan appears in a full comic-inspired exoskeleton suit. Notably, the design shows him without a mask, which adds a more grounded and intimidating presence.
As a result, the character looks poised to become a major threat to Spider-Man.
More Villains Teased in the Leak
In addition to Scorpion, the promotional image also includes Tarantula and Boomerang.
Both characters appear in comic-accurate costumes, suggesting a faithful adaptation for live-action. However, neither Sony Pictures nor Marvel Studios has officially confirmed their involvement.
If confirmed, this would mark the live-action debut of both villains in the MCU.
Interestingly, earlier set photos showed Mac Gargan in prison attire. Therefore, the story may reintroduce him behind bars before he eventually becomes Scorpion.
This progression could help build his arc into a more dangerous and fully realized villain.
Marketing Builds Ahead of Release
With Spider-Man 4 scheduled to release on July 31, marketing efforts are starting to ramp up. At the same time, fans are still waiting for the first official trailer.
Until then, leaks like this continue to fuel speculation and discussion across the fan community.
While the artwork remains unconfirmed, it offers an exciting glimpse into what Spider-Man 4 could deliver.
If accurate, the film may introduce multiple new villains while elevating Scorpion as a central threat. Consequently, anticipation for the movie continues to grow.
