Leonardo DiCaprio is once again at the center of Hollywood speculation, as a new rumor suggests he could be approached to join the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU).

According to online scooper MyTimeToShineHello, Kevin Feige, president of Marvel Studios, reportedly wants to bring Leonardo DiCaprio into the MCU.
The scooper wrote on X,
“Who should Leonardo DiCaprio play in the MCU as I hear Feige is finally trying to get him.”
The same post also suggested that had DiCaprio won the Oscar, he might have been less inclined to consider such an offer.
Leonardo DiCaprio’s History With Superhero Roles
Despite his global fame, Leonardo DiCaprio has largely avoided blockbuster franchises, sequels, and superhero films throughout his career.
Still, Hollywood has repeatedly attempted to cast him in major comic book roles.
Director Zack Snyder revealed in 2024 that he once discussed DiCaprio playing Lex Luthor in Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice.
Meanwhile, screenwriter David Goyer claimed that Warner Bros. wanted DiCaprio for the role of The Riddler in The Dark Knight trilogy directed by Christopher Nolan.
Earlier in his career, DiCaprio reportedly turned down roles as Robin in Batman Forever and Peter Parker in Spider-Man (2002). The Spider-Man role ultimately went to his friend Tobey Maguire.
