He followed it with,

Not long after, Diesel edited the caption, removing all references to Groot and the supposed sequel. The edit quickly drew attention, especially from fans who believe he may have spoiled an unannounced Marvel Studios project.
Could The Arbor King Be MCU’s Groot Sequel?
Although Marvel has yet to confirm anything officially, the title The Arbor King strongly suggests a solo adventure for Groot. This could possibly explore his origins or expand on the mythology of Planet X, his homeworld.
